1. Digital Products & Service Finality

Borderless Banking provides digital goods and financial services such as prepaid cards (virtual or physical), card issuance fees, account funding, transaction processing, and premium features. Because these services are delivered instantly and tied to regulated financial systems, all purchases are final once processed.

2. Cancellations

You may request a cancellation only if:

• The product has not yet been delivered, activated, or issued.
• The card or balance has not been used.
• The request is submitted within 30 minutes of placing the order.

To request a cancellation, email [email protected] with the subject line:
“CANCELLATION REQUEST – [Your Order ID]”

Note: We cannot cancel services that are already activated, funded, redeemed, linked to third-party accounts, or delivered via API/webhook.

3. Refunds

Refunds are only possible if:

• A technical issue prevented delivery, caused by Borderless Banking.
• You were charged more than once for the same transaction.
• Your card was not issued due to a verified system or compliance error.

Eligible refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of approval.

Refunds are not available for change of mind, inactivity, fraudulent use by someone with access to your account, or misuse of card details after delivery.

4. Fraud & Abuse Protection

We reserve the right to withhold refunds, cancel services, or suspend accounts if we detect fraudulent behavior, abuse of the platform, excessive refund requests, or violations of our Terms & Conditions or applicable laws.

5. How to Request a Return or Cancellation

To request support, email [email protected] and include:

• Your full name
• Your order or card ID
• A description of the issue
• Any relevant screenshots or logs

Our support team will respond within 24–48 business hours.

6. Legal & Regulatory Disclosure

Borderless Banking complies with PCI-DSS for secure handling of card data, U.S. financial regulations (KYC/AML), and GDPR/CCPA data protection standards. Refunds and cancellations may require identity verification to meet compliance obligations.
